Tamarind Soup Base Mix gives you the perfect balance of sweet and sour flavour.

Instruction:

• Step One: Mix and dissolve contents with 10 cups of water in a large pot.
• Step Two: Bring to boil and add your choise of shrimp or fish then vegetables
• Step Three: Simmer and let cook until ready

Note: For pork, beef and poultry sinigang, add content of mix when meat is already tender.
