Coconut flavored Noodle Soup called အုန်းနို့ခေါက်ဆွဲ is one of Myanmar national cuisine. The soup is mainly made with chicken, coconut milk and special spices. We eat with egg noodle. You can prepare the dish with boiled egg, chilli, shallot and cilantro as you preferred. Adding a squeeze of lime on top will give refreshing taste and make it perfect.
