MamaSita Lumpiang Shanghai Mix

A savory filling, rolled in a crisp wrapper and dipped in sweet & sour sauce - what Asian buffet would be complete without it? Known to us as Lumpiang Shanghai, and to the rest of the world simply as Lumpia or "Fried Spring Roll", making it so easy with this mix.

Direction:

1. In a bowl, combine Mama Sitas Fried Spring Roll Seasoning (Lumpiang Shanghai) Mix, ground meat, carrots, onions, spring onions and beaten egg.
2. Mix well. Scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture onto the spring roll wrapper and roll tightly. Sag thin a he get poster* until you have 45 spring rolls
3. Cut rolls in half and dip both ends in some flour.
4. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain on Sauce or Mama Sita's Sweet & Sour Sauce. Substitutes: *ground chicken, boiled and flaked fish
